OK so no one likes to overpay, we all like a great deal and it’s funny how we all have relevant pricing history in our heads when trying to work out whether we’re being given a fair good price.
Our first step in looking at how much we charge is to provide value for money combined with great service. Not an easy combo in some cases! Seriously though, we want our clients to feel they are getting their money’s worth and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else!
We use a combination of pricing models:
Upfront
Depending on what you need from us there may be a one time setup or design fee for websites, logos or campaign research and startegy. This varies quite widely as you’d expect depending on the project but we’ve taken on work from a simple brochure website under £1000 to marketing strategy work at £10,000 +
Monthly
Unlike pretty much every other agency on the planet we do not design and run. We’ve lost count of the number of times (in different countries) we’ve heard of clients making websites then they can’t get support because the person or agency has disappeared or gone bust.
It used to be the case that the website was a front loaded expense and you could get away with less ongoing maintenance but we tell clients now that the hard work comes after the website has been finished if you’d actually like it to rank well and you know make you money!
Hence a monthly fee that takes care of maintenance, hosting, email and often ongoing SEO, SEM and marketing work all fully customized to your needs.
